Refund and Returns Policy

We've streamlined our return and refund policy for your convenience:

  1. Return Period: Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
  2. Return Shipping Costs: If your item is defective or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping cost. For returns due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the shipping cost.
  3. Defective or Damaged Items: Report any defective or damaged items within 30 days. We'll arrange a return at no extra cost to you. Upon receiving and verifying the issue, we'll either replace the item or refund the purchase price, including original shipping costs.
  4. Change of Mind Returns: If you change your mind, you have 30 days to return the item. It must be unused and in its original packaging. You'll need to pay for return shipping. Upon receipt, we'll refund the cost of the item, excluding shipping charges.
  5. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you via email. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
